Ben has resided in Petaluma since 2003. Originally from Southern California, he grew up
in the San Fernando Valley where he attended public school including university studies in Psychology and Physical Education. In June of 1993, after 32 years in the Los Angeles area
Ben traveled north in search of greener pastures, better weather, light on the smog and traffic.
Ever since he can remember Ben has enjoyed performing, where he delights in doing celebrity impersonations and other characters. No one is off the hook!  Through Santa Rosa Junior College Theatre Arts In 2011 Ben was cast in The Importance of Being Earnest as Merriman the butler and other roles in subsequent years. Ben says that "Discovering Petaluma Radio Players has been like finding a diamond in the rough." He loves working with his fellow Players each week and looks forward to rehearsing and recording new radio theatre projects. "I realize we
are not CBS," Ben adds, "however, learning as much as I can about how things work behind
the scenes with our seasoned professionals is one that I wish to undertake further." In his spare time, Ben enjoys taking care of his Petaluma home, cooking, and staying fit. His other real job consists of more than 24 years devoted to working with Developmentally Disabled adults as a Social Worker.
